Due to our products being natural, perishable, consumable, and subject to damage from weather, all sales are final. However, we do allow for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. In many cases, pictures or videos will be needed to confirm the state of the product before we proceed. After your item is returned on time and inspected, we will send your replacement or refund. The following will explain how we handle returns and exchanges.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and without the safety seal broken or tampered with. It must also be in the original packaging.


If you are unsatisfied with your product due to it being defective, not showing results, or being prematurely expired, we will be happy to refund your purchase if you choose not to exchange it. To be eligible for a refund, you will still need to return the item to our facility. If the item purchased has been used excessively or has been consumed down to 75%, your refund request will be rejected.


A refund can be done as store credit or by the same payment method used to make the initial purchase. Shipping is not normally refunded.

Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your product due to it being defective, not showing results, or being prematurely expired, we will be happy to exchange it for something else. If the item purchased has been used excessively or has been consumed down to 75%, your exchange request will be rejected.


If your order is incorrect or you changed your mind on what you wanted, we will be happy to exchange it for something else. To be eligible for this exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and without the safety seal broken or tampered with. It must also be in the original packaging. 


If the item you want to exchange was correct and not faulty but you still chose to exchange it for something else, you will be charged any additional shipping fees. If the new item you have chosen has a different monetary value than your original item, you will be sent either a money order or refund. You can only exchange a product once.

Extra Information

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Items that are damaged by personal use are not eligible for a refund.

If you give us wrong information and your order does not arrive, we will not refund you.

If your order is late or mildly damaged from shipping, please contact your postal office for compensation as we are not the courier and normally do not refund shipping related issues.
